It was a pleasant experience with a brief drive along a dirt road, offering a nice and secluded spot.

Great parking area above Almonta Beach with convenient public restrooms. We enjoyed a long walk on the sand, appreciating the peaceful and scenic surroundings.

Fantastic beach walk over the sand dunes leading to an incredible beach. It's also worth visiting Avoid Bay.

A truly scenic beach! Perfect for a long walk to enjoy nature at its finest. There are some rocks on the northern end that are fun to explore. You have two car parks to choose from, with the northern car park offering the easiest access via some stairs. It's incredible to witness the waves crashing and the powerful roar of the ocean. On the day we visited, we saw a dead shark and a puffer fish. 😳😢🎣

If you're looking for a great beach in Coffin Bay, look no further. Be cautious with the waves; avoid going too deep as they can be quite unpredictable. The walk from the car park can be a bit tedious for some, but it's worth it. Walking barefoot makes it easier to navigate the dunes. This white sandy beach is great for kids, but please supervise them at all times while they're in the water. Stay on track and don't drift. The drive from the sealed road to the car park is rocky, so if you're using a regular 2WD, drive slowly and carefully. The sharp rocks can damage your tires. Keep an eye out for kangaroos and emus along the way.
