The campsite is fantastic, but it is quite expensive considering the lack of trash bins, toilets, and uneven sites. However, the views are stunning and there are enjoyable walking trails. Just be cautious of the strong currents that some people have encountered.

The beach is consistently windy, but it offers a pristine coastline that stands out from others. With great surf and breathtaking views, it is definitely a must-see when visiting South Africa. However, it is important to note that there are no restroom facilities available. Access to the beach is through a gravel road, and there are stairs leading down to the beach.

This beach has a lot to offer. It has wonderful sand, a protected area on the southern side, rocks to climb on and explore wildlife. The views are stunning and overall, it's an amazing beach. It's another beautiful spot on the Eyre Peninsula and it's about a 45-minute drive from Coffin Bay.

Ahoy there, mateys! Just returned from a rip-roaring adventure to Greenly Beach, a hidden gem nestled on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia. Let me tell you, this ain't your average sun-and-sand stroll. This is a surfer's paradise, with waves that'll have you hangin' ten like a boss (or at least thrashin' about like a happy puppy, like yours truly). Picture this: white sand stretching on forever, framed by dramatic bluffs and those epic dunes rippling inland. Mount Greenly stands guard, keeping watch over the turquoise playground that is Greenly Beach. Getting there's half the fun – wind through the Flinders Highway, then bounce along a gravel road with potholes that could swallow a pirate ship whole. But fear not, me hearties, the beach at the end is worth the bumpy ride. Right around the rocks, tucked away like a secret treasure, you'll find the main rock pools. Pristine waters, perfect for a dip or just snapping envy-inducing pics for the old Insta (although reception might be dodgy, so brace yourself for a digital detox!). There are other hidden coves to explore, but watch the tides, mateys, or you might get a surprise soaking. Swimming's on the menu, but mind the waves, they're strong enough to give Poseidon a run for his money. Fishing's another top activity, just keep an eye out for those slippery rocks. And if you're feeling adventurous, camp right on the beach under the Milky Way's starry expanse. Free digs with a million-dollar view – can't beat that! Summer's the prime time to set sail for Greenly – December to February, for you landlubbers. Sure, you might feel a bit lost at sea, no shops or services around, but that's the beauty of it. Just you, the beach, and the wind whispering secrets in your ears. So ditch the crowds, grab your board (or your towel, if surfing ain't your jam), and head to Greenly Beach. It's a wild, free escape that'll leave you feeling more alive than a kraken on rum punch! There you have it, folks, a traveller's tale from the shores of Greenly Beach. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a date with a sunscreen-stained nap in the dunes. Ahoy!

This is an incredible spot for free camping with numerous stunning beaches. Just keep in mind that there are no nearby drinkable water or toilet facilities, so it's advisable to bring your own water. The beaches can be accessed with a regular two-wheel drive car, although the road leading to them is unpaved and quite bumpy. For the best view, make sure to camp along the edges of the cliffs. Fortunately, there is usually plenty of space between campers, so you won't be bothered by neighbors. It's a good idea to bring some firewood when fire restrictions are not in place, as there isn't much burnable wood around. Keep in mind that it can get windy and chilly at night.
