Playa America is a lengthy beach with tiny grains of sand and clear water, located in one of Spain's most stunning areas. Although it is worth a visit, it is not worth the hype.

This place is an ideal spot for a peaceful and family-friendly getaway. The heat is perfect for soaking up the sun, and the water is shallow with a muddy bottom.

This afternoon I was invited to go for a walk along the beach of Rodeira, located just a few steps away from downtown Cangas.

The stunning views of Vigo Ria are not the only thing to take in. Unfortunately, the beach is not the most comfortable spot to spend an afternoon. There's not much space to sit and relax, and the sunsets are nothing special. All in all, it's not the best place to go for a relaxing time.
