The beach wasn't great. It had a snack bar, but that's about it. Nothing else to make it stand out.

It was an August afternoon, but rather than being a pleasant experience, it was a disappointment. The beach was nothing special; it was just another uninspiring stretch of sand. The water was murky and uninviting, and the atmosphere was far from peaceful. All in all, it was a forgettable visit.

Praia do Padron is the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the ocean. It's an ideal place to unwind and forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The calming atmosphere and tranquil view of the sea make it impossible not to disconnect.

Lourido Beach is a fantastic spot to visit, located only 500 metres away. Unfortunately, the view is slightly marred by the presence of ENCE, which is a bit of an eyesore. Despite this, the journey from A Seca in Poio to the Campelo beach and then onto Lourido is a sight to behold. It's possible to complete the entire route within an hour and a quarter, as the terrain is mostly flat with only a couple of small slopes and steps. Kudos to the Council of Poio for creating such a beautiful beach.
