When we visited La Playa Mar Rabiosa, we were enchanted by its urban charm facing the island of Terreros. The Pichirrichi, situated right next door, is separated by a wooden walkway, creating a peaceful retreat outside of the summer season, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Stretching about 300 meters, the beach features artificial sands that are replenished annually due to the tides, but the standout feature is its crystal-clear waters. Although the walkways do not extend to the seashore, we were pleased to see the efforts made for accessibility, including reserved parking spaces for people with reduced mobility (PMR), adapted toilets, support staff for bathing, and a shaded area for sun protection. It is heartening to see the commitment to ensuring everyone can enjoy this beautiful beach, regardless of their needs. Every year, we eagerly anticipate our visit to La Playa Mar Rabiosa, confident that we will find a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped spot to spend unforgettable days basking in the sun and enjoying the sea.

The food was not great and the views were not worth seeing.

This beach near Calarreona is a tranquil haven of natural beauty. Its serene atmosphere provides a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The tranquil setting is perfect for relaxation, reflection, and reconnecting with nature. Visitors can take in the stunning views, bask in the sun, or take a dip in the gentle waves. This beach is an ideal spot to spend a day in peaceful tranquility.

This spot is a great for families with young children, as the sea is shallow and the sand is beautiful. The restaurants nearby offer good food and drinks at reasonable prices. It's easily the best beach in the vicinity, and it's our go-to place for beach days.

Playa del Matalentisco has a lovely sandy cove, and the reef across half of it makes it a very safe spot for swimming, especially for kids. However, the far right side of the beach can be a bit hazardous, so be mindful of that. Snorkeling here is great and there's a variety of fish, even an octopus!
