Watamu offers a truly unique and captivating beach experience. Much of the coastline is adorned with tall rock cliffs, providing opportunities for distinctive exploration and fascinating sights. During high tide, the waves crashing against the rocks create a stunning spectacle. The beach areas, mostly covered in white sand, are perfect for building sandcastles or engaging in beach sports. While the wildlife may not be as abundant as in other coastal regions and the coves can obscure the sunrise and sunset views, Watamu remains a beautiful destination for both living and vacationing.

We had an amazing stay! My friends and I had a fantastic vacation. The staff and manager were very helpful and accommodating when we needed them. The food was also really good. You could definitely taste the Italian influence. And if you're feeling a bit adventurous, there's a restaurant called Tamu just a few steps away from the resort where you can try some authentic Italian dishes. We booked the rooms right by the sea and we couldn't get enough of the beautiful property. I mean, just take a look at the pictures. I'll definitely be coming back soon!

Hovedhuset havde et dejligt udseende, men pensionatet har et stort behov for vedligeholdelse.

Denne strand er bestemt dejlig, men tilstedeværelsen af stranddrengene kan være ret irriterende. De synes konstant at kæmpe om opmærksomhed fra gæsterne, hvilket gør det svært at nyde roen i omgivelserne. Deres vedholdende forsøg på at engagere kan ofte føles invaderende og efterlade en følelse af, at ens personlige plads er blevet krænket.

Jeg nød grundigt den lækre seafood, der var friskfanget fra havet. Stranden var ikke overdrevent befolket, hvilket tillod en fredelig og afslappende atmosfære.
