The campsite is situated along a very busy road (Brescia-Trento). The other campers were not very quiet in the mornings or evenings. We had a pitch by the lake, but every night a group of people would gather, talk, and play games around an excessively large fire on the beach. This disrupted what we had hoped would be a special experience, and we ended up leaving a night early, feeling very tired. We were also a bit surprised to be greeted in Dutch instead of Italian, but this is likely because 90% of the campers speak Dutch. However, the lake is beautiful, and I assume some pitches are more shielded from disturbances.
The spaghetti carbonara here is the best I've ever tasted. I even ordered a second serving as dessert! :) (Their pizza burrata is also fantastic.)
The beach is quite small with minimal shade. Unfortunately, we visited on the weekend, and it was extremely crowded. The only positives were the available shower and the free parking, although the parking lot was also completely full on the weekend.
