It's a true paradise for those who love to relax and soak up the sun. The water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming, and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, from beach volleyball to surfing. It's the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just unwind. So grab your sunscreen and head to the beach, you won't regret it!

Ponta Verde beach is truly a one-of-a-kind experience in São Luís. The serene atmosphere and breathtaking scenery make for an unforgettable visit. While access to the beach may be a bit challenging, it's definitely worth the effort. Though there are no accommodations available, if you have a friend with a beach house, you're in luck! There's also a beach bar to enjoy, although it was closed during my visit. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque beach getaway, Ponta Verde is the perfect destination.

Paradise is not just a myth, it's a reality that can be experienced on this beach. The serene and tranquil atmosphere is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. We chose Neto's tent on Unicamp beach and it was a great decision. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is top-notch. A beer costs R$8.00 and fish moqueca for four people costs R$70.00. They even accept cards, which is a plus. We didn't encounter any issues with beggars, security or customer service. Everything was just perfect. The only downside is the access to the beach, which requires a 7km drive on rough terrain. But trust me, it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back here many times.
