The only positives about this hotel were the restaurant, food areas, pool, and location. However, the reception was not up to par, the room was dirty with a leaky bathroom filled with mold and soap scum. Even when requesting cleaning, the room was not properly serviced. The chair at the beach cafe/bar collapsed due to rotten legs. There were numerous other issues, but it would take too long to list them all. I would never stay at this hotel again. Additionally, when I brought these concerns to reception, guest relations offered unrealistic solutions. If you would like more details, feel free to ask.

We had a wonderful vacation at the end of September at this hotel. The hotel offers great service at a reasonable price. I would rate it a 7.5/10. The rooms are spacious and clean, with large comfortable beds. The terrace is a bit small, but the hotel has a large open area with a garden and plenty of outdoor space. The hotel is almost 20 years old, but well-maintained. The restaurant is spacious and offers excellent food and drink options all day. The staff is friendly. The beach is the most beautiful in the region, with great beach bars. The hotel may not be ultra-luxurious like newer hotels, but it is spacious and well-kept, just not brand new and shiny.

This all-inclusive resort is average and has lost some of its appeal. The lack of interaction with the general manager is disappointing, but the hardworking staff deserve recognition. The maid service, however, leaves much to be desired.

The hotel was large and bustling, but we encountered difficulties due to language barriers and poor communication upon arrival. The fridge in our room was not cold and was not restocked, and we had to request more toilet paper multiple times. The cleanliness of our room left something to be desired, as there was always beach sand present. The food buffet offered the same options each day, and by the fifth day, we were tired of the lack of variety, especially since we were staying for 10 days. The A la Carte restaurants within the hotel were disappointing, with the Italian restaurant being particularly unappetizing. The snack bar also lacked variety and vegetarian options. On a positive note, the beaches were beautiful and well-maintained.

Overall, the hotel is good, but we had some issues with the air conditioning in our room. The rooms are cleaned daily and the main restaurant offers a wide variety of good quality food. The 24-hour buffet bar is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. The entertainment was average, possibly due to it being early in the season. This hotel is definitely geared towards families, so if you're looking for a quiet pool, this may not be the best choice for you. We enjoyed our two weeks there and would gladly return.
