In comparison to the polluted and overcrowded corniche, it's a breath of fresh air - but let's not get carried away, it's still just a beach.

This beach in Ras Al Khaimah is nothing to write home about. Sure, there's no entry fee, but that's because it's a public beach with no amenities to speak of.
