My friend and I enjoyed the most relaxing holiday at this ultra-luxurious hotel. The highlights were the spa, the gym, the private beach, the incredible breakfast, and the comfort of the room. Rodrigo provided excellent service; his attentive customer care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued. I highly recommend this destination to anyone looking to spend a few days in a serene, idyllic seaside location.

We had a wonderful few days at this hotel and experienced the most amazing and pampering time. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The service is excellent, and we were fortunate to meet Rodrigo, who is also Argentinian like us, which made us feel at home. The only downside is that the restaurants don't offer many vegetarian options. Breakfast is a perfect 10/10. We will definitely return 🌟

We have experienced numerous luxury hotels globally, each offering its own distinct charm, but the One and Only in Portonovi is truly exceptional. The architecture is stunning, with no expense spared in creating this opulent property. The wellness program was a major draw for us. Additionally, the staff is incredible—they genuinely love their work and sincerely care for their guests, making our stay perfect. I only wish we could have extended our visit. Fantastic place to stay. Whether for a weekend or an extended period, you'll feel welcomed and well taken care of. The pool area is cool, and the breakfast is good. The staff is friendly, polite, and eager to assist. The entire place is stylish, from the public areas to the rooms, even the restrooms are pleasant to visit. However, some team members could benefit from better training, such as in the bar, where one staff member couldn't provide a glass of warm water and instead gave chilled water while looking at you as if you were intruding in their home.

Our 4-day family stay at One&Only Portonovi was flawless. The staff, from reception to the restaurants and gym, were exceptional, making us feel both welcomed and well-cared for. The stunning location left us in awe, and our room epitomized comfort and luxury. This resort is a true treasure for anyone looking for an extraordinary escape. Highly recommended!
